Most hosts keep the machinery vague. Ours is worth naming. Your site runs on dedicated cloud servers at DigitalOcean, provisioned and managed through Laravel Forge, the same tooling behind thousands of serious production applications.
Every site is isolated from its neighbours, so someone else's problem never becomes yours. PHP stays current, SSL certificates issue and renew themselves, and the whole platform is monitored from our studio in Christchurch.
There is no reseller in the chain and no support desk in another timezone. We run the servers ourselves, so when something needs attention, the people who can fix it already know about it.

This is for NZ small businesses, clubs and organisations that want their website professionally cared for by people they can name. Most of our hosting clients would rather run their business than think about PHP versions, and that is exactly the point.
It is not for everyone. If you are after $5 a month DIY hosting and you are happy doing your own updates and backups, we are not the right fit, and we would rather say so here than disappoint you later.
