What it does
Online bookings and deposits
A branded booking flow that takes a deposit and locks the dates in, so travellers do not drop off waiting on an email reply.
Bonds, Windcave and Stripe
Hold a bond and take payment with the processors NZ operators actually use. No re-keying card details by hand.
GST and Xero sync
GST at 15 percent done right on every invoice, and a Xero sync that reconciles itself instead of a month-end spreadsheet.
CoF, WOF and RUC dates
Compliance dates live in the system and warn you before they lapse, not after a customer is already in the car.
Branded booking site and widget
A booking widget that drops into your existing site, or a full Glovebox Site that already knows your fleet and rates.
Fleet calendar and handover
One calendar for the whole fleet, plus a handover and damage record so a car never gets double booked.
Who it is for
Independent car and campervan operators, small to mid fleets, who are on a competitor platform they do not love or still running bookings through email, phone and a shared spreadsheet. If that is you, Glovebox is the system I wished I had, so I built it.
How it fits the rest
Glovebox is the core. Bonds can run through Parked Funds, one-way cars can be moved through Freelegs, and depots and hosting come through Fleetmate. One operator behind all of it, so the pieces actually talk to each other. There is a free tier if off-the-shelf fits, and custom work when it does not.
