Fibrespace is a great little wool shop on the main street of Te Awamutu. They have a stream of regular customers coming through the shop door to get their wool and needles, but they’ve also been selling online for a few years, too.
But then disaster struck. If you’ve ever gone through the experience of having your website hacked, you’ll know it’s certainly not a nice time.
That’s when we got involved.
There were no backups of the Fibrespace website, so we built this new website from scratch. On this website, customers can chat and ask questions, and more importantly, they can place their orders no matter where in New Zealand they are.
The emails that go out to customers have custom layouts and we’ve integrated the website with their shipping system to make it super easy for the team to process orders through the website and post them out.
