Rural Waikato at its best. The 2011 Kihikihi Dirt Drags was another excellent day out. There was skids, crashes, beer and girls on motorbikes wearing low cut tops. It was a windy day, probably a good thing for clearing the dust. There were some excellent machines that had been put together for the event, as well as some pretty sweet street cars and bikes. Highly modified diesel turbo 4x4s, V8 T Buckets and high horsepower Japanese cars. A lot of fast MX bikes and even a Harley gave it a shot. The burnout pad was a popular spot, and most cars left at the end of the day with either bald tyres or more dints than they arrived with. It was mates vs mates, neighbors vs neighbors.
